1. Acceptance of Terms

7. Gift Vouchers and Packages

7.2 Non-Refundable

Gift vouchers and package purchases are non-refundable but may be transferable to another person. Please contact us for assistance.

7.3 Package Usage

8. Airport Pickup Service

Our free airport pickup service is available for guests booking appointments at our luxury spa Mahipalpur Delhi. Please note:

• Pickup is available from IGI Airport Terminals 1, 2, and 3.
• Please share your flight details at least 30 minutes before arrival.
• Waiting time is limited to 15 minutes after landing.
• The service is complimentary with any 60+ minute massage booking.
